    Product Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition and well packaged with all original tags, labels and accessories. Please ensure that the product is not worn, damaged or modified.

    Worn, washed or damaged items
  2. Refund Process
    Request a return: Please send an email to paulasadek@starryageshop.com and provide your order number, the name of the return product and the reason for the return. We will respond and confirm whether the return is approved within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the actual time to receive your money may vary depending on your payment provider.

    Customer Pays Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Free Returns: If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item.

    We currently do not offer direct exchange services. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the unsuitable item and place a new order.
  3. Return Status Tracking
    You can track the status of your return using the tracking number provided by the logistics company. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.
  4. Damaged or defective goods
    If the goods you received have quality problems or defects, please contact us by email at paulasadek@starryageshop.com within 7 days after receiving the goods, and attach photos of the goods. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible, including a full refund or replacement of the goods.
