Shipping Address Change
If you need to change the shipping address before your order is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at paulasadek@starryageshop.com. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Undelivered or Lost Package
If your package did not arrive after the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information of your order first. If the package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately and we will assist in the investigation.
For lost packages, we will work with the logistics company to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend or refund you.

Return Shipping
